You have the right to expect, and should have lifetime pleasure in the possession of a Chris Christensen Shear. Your shears are guaranteed as long as you can return them to us in their entirety. That means even if they are in pieces. We will replace or repair your shears within 72 business hours after receipt. If we have to replace your shears for any reason, we will replace them with an identical pair or like pair or model, depending on your shears model's availability. Your Chris Christensen Shear will be sharpened by Chris Christensen Systems' factory for free, as long as your shears are able to be sharpened by our factory.
