SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Standard Shipping Terms:
We ship by UPS and USPS. When products are in stock, orders are sent out within one business day. Orders may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be delivered when shipped UPS ground (Depending on region of the U.S.) Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the number of items and their weight in your order. A nominal processing fee may be added into the shipping and handling.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of each order. The shipping and handling charges for your order will be reflected at checkout. Items marked "UPS Oversized" require additional freight charges. "UPS Oversized" rates are determined by package size. If a package is 84"-108" in length and girth combined, UPS charges an "Oversized" package rate that is at least 30 lbs (even if the item weighs significantly less than 30 lbs). If a package is 108"-130" in length and girth combined, UPS charges an "Oversized" package rate that is at least 70 lbs (even if the item weighs significantly less than 70 lbs). The UPS Oversized rate will be reflected in your shipping and handling charges at checkout

Handling Fee:
There is no handling fee.

Flat Rate Shipping:
We offer flat rate shipping of $10, UPS Ground only in the Continental US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska), on orders $200 or more. This rate is subject to change without notice. This rate may not be valid during certain promotions and free shipping offers.
 
Free Order Pick Up at warehouse in Prescott Valley, AZ
If you wish to Pick Up your order at our warehouse, please call Customer Service at 1-866-322-9587 and they will arrange for you pick it up and the shipping charge will be refunded to you. Our warehouse is located at:

Same Day Shipping:
Most Orders ship the same business day if order is recieved by 2:00 pm AZ Time and if in stock. Drop shipped items from the manufacturer generally ship with 2-3 days except for Champagne Tables which are built to order and may take up to 5 days to ship.


Expedited Delivery:
UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS 3-Day are available for an additional charge. At final checkout, you can select one of these options and the cost will be automatically calculated for you. Please note that delivery times for Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day and 3-Day refer to business days only and excludes weekends and holidays. Note: Aerosols cannot be shipped via air or outside the continental U.S.
 
International Shipping:
International shipping options and rates are shown during checkout. When you are in the checkout process, please select your country  first from the drop-down menu on the address page, then complete the shipping  information as directed.  The website will give you the option of Priority or Express Mail International.  The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you. For orders weighing over 35 pounds please break into multiple orders to comply with shipping weight restrictions. International restrictions do not permit us to ship aerosols, food items, treats, supplements or pesticides outside of the US).

RETURNING MERCHANDISE
If you need to return merchandise, please request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at customersupport@ShowDogStore.com. In the email, please indicate what items you are returning, the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take. We will send you an RMA number to be included with your return. Send your return via UPS or Insured Mail to:

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should damage occur in a UPS shipment, notify UPS immediately at 800-PICK-UPS and then contact ShowDogStore at customersupport@ShowDogStore.com or call as at 1-866 322-9587. Do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by UPS inspectors may be necessary. If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with every product we carry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days and we will give you an exchange or refund (excluding freight), whichever you prefer.
